Housing Resource Manager

The Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) is accepting resumes for the position of Housing Resource Manager.  This position will lead the Housing Division through supervision of Housing Teams and staff, manage work assignments, develop new programs, and initiate new policies and procedures regarding existing regulations and compliance all funding sources.  Position will further represent the Loveland Housing Authority with the resident base by managing new lease ups, developing Quality of Life Programs and Advisory Boards, working on Grievance issues and legal issues including court cases.   Successful candidates must have a minimum of three years in Federal, State and local housing programs including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Section 8 Voucher Program, State HOME funding, etc.  HCCP and PHM certification is preferred as well as foreign language abilities.  This position will report directly to the Housing Director.  Position is considered exempt, full time and offers a full package of benefits.  Salary range is $49,800 – $74,800/year.  View complete job description here. The Loveland Housing Authority has an immediate opening and is accepting resumes for the position of Maintenance Worker I. This is a full time position. Salary range is $3,150-$4,575/month and is based on experience. Compensation also contains a benefit package that includes: health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and 457(b) retirement plan.

A Maintenance Worker I is assigned responsibilities related to the construction, maintenance, repair or upkeep of buildings, grounds at Housing Authority properties.  This may include assisting in the renovation of buildings, general maintenance and upkeep of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical and other systems, minor repairs to machinery or other equipment, and general maintenance of grounds or lawns.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to lift 50 lbs., and have at least five years of building maintenance and/or construction related experience. Participate in 24-hour on call rotation duties. Basic knowledge of computers required.
