Customer Relations Representative
The Loveland Housing Authority has an immediate opening and is accepting resumes for the position of Customer Relations Representative. This is a full time position. Salary range is $3,150-$4,575/month and is based on experience. Compensation also contains a benefit package that includes: health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and 457(b) retirement plan.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling the front desk and administration duties, including, but not limited to, greeting guest, answering phone calls, handling inquiries from the public, data entry, filling, and working on special projects.
The successful applicant will have a high energy level, excellent customer service skills, handle stressful situations, and be able to muti-task. The applicant will need to have great communication skills and a strong knowledge on office procedures and office equipment. The successful applicant must also develop and maintain good relations with residents and staff.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and a valid Colorado driver’s license. Applicant must possess a significant understanding of all Microsoft Office programs and must be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Knowledge of HMS software is a plus but not required.
