Junior Accountant
Loveland Housing Authority has a full time opening for a Junior Accountant. This position performs various accounting functions requiring the application of the principals of accounting. Duties include: payroll, development construction, grant draws, and accounts payable as well as general administrative duties.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with accounting course work and a minimum of 3 years payroll experience is required.

Salary range is $42,000.00 – $60,996.00, along with an excellent benefits package which includes: employer paid health insurance, employer matched retirement plan, and employer paid long term and short term disability insurance.  Job Description

Resource Development Manager
Looking for the next Superstar! The Loveland Housing Authority has a newly created position and is looking for the right candidate to create and lead a new on-going resource development fund initiative. The focus of this position is develop the infrastructure, processes, and tools to effectively raise capital in order to support the on-going resident service programs of the Loveland Housing Authority and to add additional Green House Homes on our Mirasol Senior campus. The successful candidate must demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, past success managing a capital campaign, grant writing and/or fundraising efforts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be a great team player while at the same time leading and directing this start up effort.
