Resident Manager

The Loveland Housing Authority is seeking motivated and mission focused Resident Manager Candidates to live onsite and oversee the day to day operations of the Silver Leaf I and II apartments.
The mission of the Loveland Housing Authority is to provide low and moderate income residents of Loveland with opportunities for home and community through housing. The Silver Leaf I (50 units) and Silver Leaf II (72 units) apartments supports this mission by offering income eligible seniors and disabled residents an affordable independent living lifestyle.

Candidates should have some experience working with the public/and or senior population, be proficient with technology, and have knowledge of basic office practices. Previous affordable housing experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and pass a background check.

This is a part time non-benefited position that is required to live onsite. The Silver Leaf Resident Manager is provided a unit designated by LHA as a part of their compensation package.
