Accounting Manager

 

The Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) Accounting and Finance Department is excited to be
hiring an Accounting Manager to join our Team. The LHA Accounting & Finance Department is creating a dynamic, diverse, and progressive environment to realize our goal of always being customer and mission focused, our staff is encouraged to be innovative, entrepreneurial, opportunistic, and collaborative.

 

We are accepting applications for the Accounting Manager position. The Accounting Manager performs independent work in a highly complex and specialized professional accounting area requiring thorough knowledge of professional accounting principles and procedures. We are seeking an inspired, compassionate, transformational, and courageous leader.

 

The Accounting Manager plans, organizes, directs, and manages the day-to-day accounting
activities including financial statement preparation and reporting, accounting functions, financial management, annual audit management, payroll administration, and internal control functions.This position directly supervises 2 accountants and oversees a fiscal team of 6. This person works collaboratively across multiple departments, while partnering with the Director of Accounting and Finance.

 

This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in our
Loveland, CO office. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes
health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b)-retirement plan.

 

Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, this position is exempt with an annual hiring range of $92,000.00 – $112,000.00.
