Compliance Manager

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Compliance Manager to be responsible for the management of regulatory compliance of all Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) owned and/or managed properties and assistance programs. This is a full-time regular exempt position scoped E02 on LHA’s annual salary plan with a hiring range of $59,604.00 to $67,000.00 per year depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b)-retirement plan.


A Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, or related field with a  minimum of 3-5 years Affordable Housing/HUD experience is preferred.
