Payroll Technician

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Payroll Technician.  This position requires someone who is adaptable, deadline driven, and who can perform their job duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.  While the main focus of the job is payroll, this position also will provide administrative support to the Accounting Supervisor and will have some tenant accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.

This is a full-time regular position scoped N04 on LHA’s salary plan, with a hiring range of $46,400 to $55,000.00 per year depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b)-retirement plan.

Candidates must have expertise in Excel and have a minimum of three years of accounting experience in a payroll environment performing all payroll related functions.  A bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years accounting experience is preferred.

Bus Driver

The Loveland Housing Authority, in collaboration with Aspire3D, is recruiting candidates for a Bus/Passenger Van driver. This is a part time, non-benefited position with a starting hourly wage of $15.00 per hour. This position will work approximately 20 to 25 hours per week.

 

Under direction from the Aspire3D Executive Director, the Bus/Passenger Van Driver transports Loveland Housing Authority residents participating in various recreational or social service programs to shopping centers, events, and other destinations, as well as assisting with loading and unloading Resident’s packages and groceries. The Bus Driver is responsible for operating vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, and for keeping the vehicle(s) clean and refueled. Candidates should have experience working
with the public and/or senior population, and should be friendly, caring, positive, patient, and punctual. Applicants must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and pass a background check.

Housing Coordinator

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Housing Coordinator to provide leadership and guidance to LHA’s housing staff while ensuring the success of their assigned programs.  This is a full-time regular non-exempt position scoped N04 on LHA’s annual salary plan with a hiring range of $46,404.00 to $52,000.00 per year depending upon experience. Program Director of Aspire

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Program Director of Aspire to establish and direct resident initiatives and programs for Aspire, a 501(c)3 non-profit which operates as a department of the Loveland Housing Authority.  This position reports to the Executive Director of the Loveland Housing Authority and is responsible for all aspects of resident initiatives, including program development and management, management of staff, fund raising, and other related duties.  Please see the attached job description for more details about this position’s job duties and requirements.

 

This a full-time regular exempt position scoped E04 on LHA’s annual salary plan with a hiring range of $75,700 to $117,300per year depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b)-retirement plan.

 

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

  • Minimum four-year college degree in Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related discipline.  An Advanced degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years’ experience in grant writing and/or fund raising.
  • Three to five years’ experience in non-profit or program management.
  • A valid Colorado Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record (no major violations with the last three years) and be insurable through Loveland Housing Authority insurance carriers.

 

In addition to the above requirements, qualified candidates should have:

  • Knowledge of Social Work disciplines, best practices, case management, and program development.
  • Ability to provide leadership in a non-profit environment, to staff and volunteers.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Experience with donor databases and cloud-based case management systems.
  • High level of self-direction and motivation to achieve results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
