Section 8 Housing Coordinator

The Loveland Housing Authority is seeking to hire a Section 8 Housing Coordinator to
help facilitate the Housing Choice Voucher Program and ensure the program’s
compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

This is a part-time regular position with benefits working up to 24 hours per week with a
salary range starting at $21.92 per hour (or $27,359.90 annually) and is dependent upon
experience. Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree plus 2 or more years of
affordable housing experience. Bilingual English and Spanish are highly desired.
