 Maintenance Administrative Assistant

 Loveland Housing Authority has an immediate job opening for a Maintenance Administrative Assistant. 

This is a full-time regular position scoped N02 on the annual salary plan and has a hiring range of $37,600 to $41,000 dependent upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance, short and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b) retirement plan. 

Candidates must be proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, and have knowledge of basic office practices. Also, must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
