Customer Relations Representative

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Customer Relations Representative to perform a broad range of customer service duties while serving as the main point of contact for the public, clients, and residents.  This is a full-time regular non-exempt position scoped N03 on LHA’s annual salary plan with a hiring range of $42,300 to $52,000 depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b)-retirement plan.

 

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree or higher is preferred.  Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.  As interaction with residents, staff, and the public is an integral part of this position, the Customer Service Representative must be able to consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism and possess strong customer service and multi-tasking skills. Housing Coordinator Section 8

The Loveland Housing Authority is seeking a motivated and mission focused Housing Coordinator Section 8 with multi-family affordable housing experience.

 

This is a full-time regular position with benefits, with a hiring range of $46,400 to $52,000.00 per year depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance, a short- and long-term disability plan, a cafeteria plan, a generous paid time off policy, paid holidays, a 457(b)-retirement plan with employer match, an Employee Assistance Program, and a yearly bonus plan at the discretion of the Board of Director’s.

 

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of Section 8 or State Voucher management experience. Bilingual English and Spanish is highly desired.

Finance Clerk

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Finance Clerk to work closely with the Director of Finance and the Accounting department to provide financial information to staff, the board of directors, and external partners.  This position’s primary responsibilities will be to maintain financial records, maintain and process banking information, and prepare reports for internal and external clients.  This position requires someone who can perform their job duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a full-time regular position scoped N04 on LHA’s salary plan, with a hiring range of $46,400 to $52,000.00 per year depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b)-retirement plan.

 

Candidates must have formal training in finance, accounting, or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting support role.  A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
