Housing Coordinator

Loveland Housing Authority is seeking a motivated and mission focused Housing Coordinator with affordable housing experience.

 

This is a full time, regular, non-exempt position with a hiring range of $48,000 to $55,000 annually depending on experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance, short and long term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b) retirement plan.

 

Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of affordable housing experience. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred. Must also possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).

Maintenance Coordinator

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator to manage the administrative functions of the maintenance department and provide technical and clerical assistance to the maintenance department staff.

This is a full-time regular position with benefits, with a hiring range of $47,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b)-retirement plan.

 

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of Section 8 or State Voucher management experience. Bilingual English and Spanish is highly desired.

Housing Assistance Programs Lead

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Housing Assistance Programs Lead to be responsible for the full lease-up, annual recertifications, interims, and HAP check processing for the Section 8 program.

 

This is a full time, regular, non-exempt position with a hiring range of $55,000.00 to $63,000.00 annually. Silver Leaf I and II Resident Manager

The Loveland Housing Authority is seeking motivated and mission focused Resident Manager Candidates to live onsite and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Silver Leaf I and II apartments.

The Silver Leaf I (50 units) and Silver Leaf II (72 units) apartments supports this mission by offering income eligible seniors and disabled
residents an affordable independent living lifestyle.

 

Candidates should have some experience working with the public/and or senior population, be proficient with technology, and have knowledge of basic office practices. Previous affordable housing experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and pass a background check. This is a part time non-benefited position that is required to live onsite. The Silver Leaf Resident Manager is provided a unit designated by LHA as a part of their compensation package along with a monthly wage of $750.00 to $900.00 dependent on the total annual rent credit.

The Rock Crest Resident Manager is provided an unfurnished unit designated by LHA as a part of their compensation package along with paid utilities, and a monthly wage of $450.00 to $600.00 dependent upon their total annual rent credit.
