Jacoby Meadows I is a brand-new senior apartment community located at 1516 Windshire Dr, Windsor, CO 80550, and includes 62 units (50 one bedrooms & 12 two bedrooms) for households ages 55+ and incomes of 30% – 80% of the Area Median Income. Preference will be given to applicants who live or work in Windsor. The three-story building is served by two elevators, with one centrally located in the north residential wing and one located in the south end of the building.

How Do I Qualify For Jacoby Meadows?

• You must be 55 years of age or older at the time of application. Preference will be given to applicants who live or work in Windsor.

 

•  Income requirements & rents: For the available units, you must qualify within the 60% – 80% AMI ranges per Colorado Housing & Finance Authority (CHFA) income limits for 2025. You will also need to make a minimum of 2X the posted rent at the time of move-in. Listed below are the 2025 income limits & rents for each AMI level. These income limits are based on your pre-tax income. If you meet the income requirements, then you will be required to complete our screening process.
