Brookstone Apartments Rehabilitation

Loveland Housing Authority is rehabilitating the existing 72-unit rental housing development to continue to meet the needs of income-qualified families, whose incomes range between 40% and 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The Project will be funded through the federally-sponsored 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. Additional funding will be provided through a combination of City of Loveland fee waivers and other considerations, Federal and State grants, a long term commercial mortgage, and LHA equity.

Mirasol Senior Apartments – Phase III

Construction of the third apartment building on the Mirasol Senior Living Campus is underway. Phase III includes 60 independent living one & two bedroom apartments that will serve households age 55+ with income from 30% – 60% of the Area Median Income

Green House Homes at Mirasol – Phase II

The Green House Homes provide skilled nursing care in a setting that looks and feels like a real home. Construction of three new Green Houses will commence in January, 2020 and provide 30 additional beds to persons needing a short or long-term skilled nursing environment. Persons with a variety of income levels and insurance, including Medicaid, will be served.

The Edge Apartments – Phase II

The Edge Apartments, Phase II, will include 69 new apartments in four 3-story apartment buildings. The studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments will serve households with income from 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. The new buildings complement the existing 70 apartments on the site. An onsite community center provides opportunities for residents to gather for education, health services, and community events. LINK?

Golden Meadows Senior Housing

Golden Meadows Senior Housing, Phase I, is a 52-unit independent living senior housing development that will serve households age 62+ in Windsor earning 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. The one and two-bedroom apartments will be located in one, two-story building that will include community gathering space, a kitchen, library, and fitness room.

Grace Gardens @ Derby Hill

Grace Gardens is a planned neighborhood development in Loveland that will include for-sale and rental homes for persons earning 30% to 120% of the Area Median Income. This partnership among LHA, Loveland Habitat for Humanity, and Aspen Homes of Colorado, will include 120 apartments, 45 single family detached homes, and 11 townhomes. Site development and construction will begin in 2020. Planning for construction of apartments and houses is underway.
