Meadows Apartments – Phase III

Meadow Apartments Phase III will include 72 new apartments on a 4.75 acre site located adjacent to LHA’s Meadows I and II apartments.  LHA acquired the blighted property in 2021, and the project will complement the existing 60 apartments to the immediate east.  It is anticipated that the mixture of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments will serve households with income from 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income.

Brookstone Apartments Rehabilitation

Loveland Housing Authority is rehabilitating the existing 72-unit rental housing development to continue to meet the needs of income-qualified families, whose incomes range between 40% and 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The Project will be funded through the federally-sponsored 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. Additional funding will be provided through a combination of City of Loveland fee waivers and other considerations, Federal and State grants, a long term commercial mortgage, and LHA equity.

The Edge Apartments – Phase III

The Edge Apartments, Phase III, will include 66 new apartments in three 3-story apartment buildings. The studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments will serve households with income from 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. The new buildings complement the existing 139 apartments on the site which were constructed in two previous phases. An onsite community center provides opportunities for residents to gather for education, health services, and community events.

Jacoby Meadows Senior Housing

Jacoby Meadows Senior Housing is a two phase, 123-unit independent living senior housing development that will serve households age 62+ in Windsor earning 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. The one and two-bedroom apartments will be located in two, two-story buildings that will include community gathering space, a resident lounge equipped with kitchen amenities and a viewing deck, and a resident services room.

Grace Gardens @ Derby Hill

Grace Gardens is a neighborhood in Southwest Loveland that will include for-sale and rental housing for persons earning 30% to 69% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The development is a partnership between the Loveland Housing Authority and Loveland Habitat for Humanity and will include 47 single-family homes and 120 apartments. Site construction will begin in 2021.
