Accounting Supervisor

Loveland Housing Authority is looking for a resourceful and process oriented Accounting Supervisor to manage the multiple entities and funds within the Authority. The Accounting Supervisor is also responsible for supervising, managing workloads, and providing technical assistance to a staff of six non-exempt and non-supervisory exempt
employees.

 

This is a full-time regular position with benefits, with a hiring range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, a 457(b)-retirement

Qualified candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Also, must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience relevant to the essential job functions along with three (3) years of supervisory experience. An equivalent combination of education and/or

Housing Assistance Programs Lead

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Housing Assistance Programs Lead to be responsible for the full lease-up, annual recertifications, interims, and HAP check processing for LHA’s Section 8 programs. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring the completion of inspections, addressing both participant and applicant concerns, attending, and hosting grievances, and marketing the Section 8 program to the public.

 

This is a full time, regular, non-exempt position scoped N06 on LHA’s annual salary plan and has an expected hiring range of $56,796 to $60,000 depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a robust benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long- term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b)-retirement plan.

 

Qualified candidates must have the demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with LHA staff, customers, and external partners. Must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to represent LHA in a positive and professional manner. Knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs including Multi-Family and USDA-RD as well as knowledge of general accounting, budget management, and procurement policies and procedures is also required. High school diploma is required, related college education is preferred. A minimum of five years’ experience with low-income housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, USDA etc.) is required. Must also possess and
maintain a valid Colorado Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Development Coordinator

Loveland Housing Authority is hiring a Development Coordinator to spearhead the fundraising and marketing efforts for Aspire, a 501©3 organization that strives to support residents of the Loveland Housing Authority by connecting them with multidimensional resources to elevate their quality of life.

 

This is a full time, regular, exempt position scoped E02 on LHA’s annual salary plan and has an expected hiring range of $60,000 to $70,000 depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a robust benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a cafeteria plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 457(b)-retirement plan.

 

Qualified candidates must have the demonstrated capability to take a leadership role with non-profit agencies, volunteers, and staff while working with the diverse segments of our community, the demonstrated ability to participate in collaborative activities, and a high level of self-direction and motivation to achieve the goals of our mission. A bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field plus 3-5 years’ experience in fundraising and donor development is highly preferred. Must also possess and maintain a valid Colorado Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Bus/Passenger Van Driver

The Loveland Housing Authority, in collaboration with Aspire3D, is recruiting candidates for a Bus/Passenger Van driver. This is a part time, non-benefited position with a starting hourly wage of $15.00 per hour. This position will work approximately 20 to 25 hours per week.

 

Under direction from the Aspire3D Executive Director, the Bus/Passenger Van Driver transports Loveland Housing Authority residents participating in various recreational or social service programs to shopping centers, events, and other destinations, as well as assisting with loading and unloading Resident’s packages and groceries. The Bus Driver is responsible for operating vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, and for keeping the vehicle(s) clean and refueled. Candidates should have experience working
with the public and/or senior population, and should be friendly, caring, positive, patient, and punctual. Applicants must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and pass a background check.
