• You can apply either online at this link, in person at our main office (375 W 37th St, Loveland, CO 80538), or by contacting our main office (970-667-3232) to have the application sent to you.
• To apply for the project based subsidized units, you will need to visit the Greeley Weld Housing Authority at 903 6th St, Greeley, CO 80631. Please tell them that you would like to apply for the Jacoby Meadows project based voucher (PBV) waitlist.
