Potential applicants will be selected from the lottery list in late October/early November 2025 and will be mailed a letter inviting them to complete a screening packet. You can still join the interest list even though the lottery deadline (10/15/25) has passed. After we exhaust the lottery list, then we will fill units from this general applicant pool. Move-ins will start in early 2026 – we are currently projecting a February opening!
