30 Sep Join the interest list by 10/15/25 to be in the lottery for Edge III – Opening early 2026!

Edge III, the new and final phase of our Edge Community, will be opening in early 2026! Prospective tenants will be chosen through a lottery process, with a preference given to those who live or work in Loveland. Join the interest list by 10/15/25 to be included in the lottery for units, which will happen in late October/early November 2025! You can still join the interest list after 10/15/25. After we exhaust the lottery list then we will fill units from this general applicant pool. If you are selected from the lottery or from the general applicant pool, then you will be mailed a letter inviting you to complete our screening process. Move-ins will start in early 2026 – we are currently projecting a February opening!
