09 May Join the interest list by 6/2/25 to be in the lottery for Jacoby Meadows – Our 55+ Community Opening Fall 2025

Our brand-new Jacoby Meadows Senior Community is opening Fall 2025 in Windsor, CO! Prospective tenants will be chosen through a lottery process, with a preference given to those who live or work in Windsor. Join the interest list by 6/2/25 to be included in the lottery for units, which will happen in early June 2025. Move-ins will start in Fall 2025 – we are currently projecting a late September opening! You can still join the interest list after 6/2/25. After we exhaust the lottery list then we will fill units from this general applicant pool. If you are selected from the lottery or from the general applicant pool, then you will be mailed a letter inviting you to complete our screening process. You must be 55 years of age or older at the time of application.
