Notice is hereby given that the Loveland Housing Authority is updating its Public Housing Agency (PHA) Five (5) Year Plan for the fiscal years starting on January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2029. The proposed Five (5) Year Plan is available for review beginning Monday, April 7, 2025 through Monday, May 19, 2025, either via https://lovelandhousing.org/ or physically at the LHA office located at 375 W. 37th St # 200, Loveland, CO 80538. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 8am to 10am, at the Loveland Housing Authority offices located at 375 W. 37th St. Suite #200, Loveland, CO 80538. Written comments on the proposed revisions to the 2025-2029 LHA Proposed Five (5) Year Plan must be addressed to Jeff Michnewicz at jmichnewicz@lovelandhousing.org or delivered to his attention at the LHA Office (in person or by mail) and must be received by 4pm on Monday, May 19, 2025.
