Notices to Residents
Spring is here and Loveland Housing Authority is happy to announce the dates for the 2015 Spring Cleanup!
The clean up in Loveland will take place on Saturday May 30th, 2015 beginning at 9:00 AM. We will also do pick-up for Dove Valley, Windsor Meadows, and Century III on Saturday. On Friday May 29th, we will do a pickup at Lone Tree in Estes Park. If you have items that you would like to be picked up, please call the Spring Clean Up line at 970-635-5958. Please leave your name, complete address, phone number, and a list of the items that you wish to be picked up. If you do not call or provide all of this information, your items will not be picked up. You can leave a message up until the day before pick-up Friday May 29th, 2015.
If you are in a townhouse, please leave all household items outside in front of your unit on the sidewalk. If you are in an apartment, leave all household items in front of the building in the grass areas. All items must be outside by 9:00 a.m. on the morning of pick up.
Non-acceptable items include: televisions, air conditioners or other appliances, hazardous materials (motor oil, paint, auto batteries, cleaning products, chemicals, etc.), computers or monitors, or other everyday household garbage. If you have any of these items and you do not know what to do with them, see your property manager for a resource flyer for their disposal.
The City of Loveland has graciously donated a roll-off dumpster for the clean-up and the Housing Authority staff members have volunteered their time so that we can offer this service free of charge! So get your items ready and call to take advantage while you still can! Thanks!!
Attention all Loveland Housing Authority residents:
Starting in February 2015, your Maintenance team will be performing annual inspections of your residence in a proactive effort to maintain your home to the best of our ability. This inspection will allow us to make repairs and take preventative actions to help improve the quality of living in your unit. At the time of the inspection, we may be able to make minor repairs, but for most of the repairs, a separate work order will be generated and we will return to complete them.
We have scheduled these inspections to be spread out throughout the year, with a certain number of units at each property being inspected during the first full week of each month. Any work orders generated during the inspection will be completed throughout the remainder of the month. Maintenance will not be scheduling specific times/dates for each inspection, but residents will be notified the week before the inspection that it will occur sometime during the following week. Attached below (click on the name of each month to open) are the units scheduled for inspection each month beginning in February 2015.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns about these inspections, please feel free to contact the maintenance department at 970-667-1706 and know that we greatly appreciate your cooperation in our efforts!
